The concept of "XC" (Extreme Carve) is a freestyle race carving board, developed for carving enthusiasts who want to achieve ultimate carving turns similar to those on an alpine board, even with soft boots. The "LIMITED EDITION," a limited-production model, uses metal for reinforcement instead of fiberglass. The fully hammerhead shape and the heavy feel unique to metal ensure a strong edge grip, even on hard-packed snow. Additionally, the sidecut is shallower than that of the "XC-R," causing the board to drop more sharply during the latter part of the turn. While handling it is not easy, this board is excellent for practicing carving techniques. It is highly recommended for those aiming to master the ultimate carving turns.
